Email and phone
Email is the best choice for order questions and technical help, because you can attach photos, wiring diagrams, or code. Phone works well for quick questions.
Our office is in Kostrena, Croatia. Calls from the US are international and reach us on Central European Time, so email is often easier when you're writing from another time zone. For bulk or educational requests, tell us your institution, the items you need, rough quantities, and when you need them.

Before you get in touch
What should I include in an order inquiry?
Include the name on the order, the email you used at checkout, and the items in question. If something arrived damaged or isn't working, add a photo of the part and the packaging. For return questions, see our refund policy.
Can you help with a technical problem in my project?
Yes. Tell us which parts you're using, such as the Raspberry Pi Robot Starter Kit or the Dual H-Bridge Motor Driver, how they're wired and powered, and what happens when it fails. Do you work with schools and educational institutions?
Schools, universities, clubs, and makerspaces can email us with a list of the parts they need, quantities, and a delivery timeline. We'll reply with what we can offer for that order.
